Registration form can be printed, completed, and mailed to PO Box 386, Glenwood, IA 51534.  Please ensure the proper payment is included, see below for prices.  Registration forms must be received by July 12th to ensure your child will be placed on a team.  If forms are received after this date, then your child will be placed on a waiting list.

GLENWOOD SOCCER CLUB REC LEAGUE REGISTRATION.

Glenwood Rec League teams play all games in Glenwood on the new fields behind Glenwood High School.   

Rec League teams use volunteer coaches who have varying levels of experience.  Rec League co-ed teams will be formed for the U6 through U10 age groups if enough players sign up to fill teams and if enough coaches volunteer.  Players on teams that do not have enough players or do not have a coach will be put on waiting lists, so please let us know at registration if you are interested in coaching. 

Fees are $50.00 for your first child, and $40.00 for each consecutive child in your family (this includes the uniform for Rec players).  If a parent volunteers to coach, the Rec registration fees are reduced to $25.00 per child.
