Fall 2008 Registration

June 21st 10am-1pm @ the Glenwood Library Basement

Deadline for Registration is June 25th.  Any registrations received after June 25th will be held and placed on teams AS AVAILABLE.  If you miss the last registration, you can mail a completed registration form with fees due to PO Box 386, Glenwood, IA 51534.
